When using my services and in contact with me, namely the following data may be collected and processed:


  • Surname, first name, business and private addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, language preference, job title, identity documents, business connections, bank details and connections to other related parties and counterparties;
  • if necessary, to the above-mentioned data information from other public sources or sources made available to me in the context of the relationship with you will be added, such as from commercial registers, land registers, media and the Internet, business connections, details of persons close to you and from official or legal proceedings

Recipients of personal data may in particular be:


  • Clients and their contact persons/employees
  • Counterparties and their contact persons/employees
  • Correspondence lawyers
  • Employees of courts and authorities
  • Service providers engaged by me (e.g. banks, insurance companies), including contract processors (such as IT providers)
  • Lawyers who represent me in the event of vacation absence/illness or who work on parts of a mandate in specialized areas
  • I may be required to disclose your personal data in order to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
